I have always been thrilled by leaders who stay open, curious and inquisitive despite the fact that they are in powerful positions which tend to give them the illusion that there is nothing to discover anymore and that they have all the answers. People who stay curious and resist this appeal to know it all, keep asking questions and stay interested are inspiring to me.
