Vision & strategy pitch/storyline development

What is the 20% that makes 80% of the strategy understanding of people? The purpose of a strategy pitch is to engage people's hearts, minds and behavior. It usually starts with revisiting previous strategy documents. We co-design the strategy pitch: max. 10 slides, visualized. 
The draft is shared and adapted in various feedback loops with a larger group of potential ambassadors, usually consisting of management and some organizational energizers. 
Finally we create a transferable strategy symbol, e.g. a one page strategy infographic, a booklet, an app or a movie. 
The underlying believe is that the strategy message to be shared with the whole organization does not need to be complete, it needs essences that will influence hearts and minds and therefore understanding and action.

Leadership (team) development workshops

Our leadership (team) development workshops are highly experiential. They focus on situations coming from the daily conversations and struggles that a leadership team is experiencing in their work. To reach people’s awareness and inspiration (in information overloaded times) dialogue is a key ingredient. Most leadership teams do not take the time to talk about HOW they lead and collaborate. The experiences we create bring very applicable learnings to their teams and themselves. Questions and themes during many of our leadership team development workshops are: how do we engage people towards our purpose and values, what is leadership for us, how can we make better decisions together, how do we create a feedback culture, how can we deal with conflict better, etc.  

Executive coaching, inspiration & sparring

The ability to step into one’s personal reflection mode and look at challenges from different perspectives supports to focus on what is important and make better decisions.
Coaching with us is a personal and tailor-made development impulse. It is a guided and moderated way of self-reflection to strengthen personal leadership. Through self-reflection, mirroring and feedback the coachee learns to perceive himself from different perspectives and develops more self-awareness. Though this process she develops new mindsets, behaviors and habits and becomes more style flexible.
Coaching is the best remedy to grow effectively and prevent blind spots or success poisoning. In the typical corporate culture, where reflection time is scarce, coaching can be an accelerator for personal impact and effectiveness. 

Organizational development & programmanagement

To support execution of specific strategic priorities or cultural change objectives more intensive support than covered by the strategy inspiration and engagement workshop cycle is given, e.g. developing an accountable culture within a team or helping people in a certain role to deepen newly required skills or designing and facilitating a young professional development program in line with the desired culture.
